Post Auction Sales at Venetian Bay in New Smyrna Beach now include up to 100 Percent financing on remaining Four Townhomes and Six Condominiums

ORLANDO, Fla. --- Only four luxury town homes and six luxury condominiums remain for sale at Venetian Bay, located off S.R. 44 just west of I-95 in New Smyrna Beach.

Lori Chipps, director of auction services for Worldwide Auction Realty Services based in Orlando and the auctioneer who handled the recent sales event at Venetian Bay, said luxury town homes are priced from $137,500 and luxury condominiums are priced from $148,000.

And that’s not all.

“Venetian Bay is now offering up to 100 percent financing including closing costs on some of the remaining units,” Chipps said.

Worldwide Auction Realty Services sold 22 luxury Venetian Bay town homes and condominiums during the recent auction.
