Emerson International Negotiates Lease Agreement at Major Plaza in Southwest Orlando

ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla. --- Emerson International, which owns Major Plaza I office building on Kirkman Road near Southwest Orlando’s International Drive area, recently negotiated a lease agreement for 549 square feet of office space at Major Plaza I. Kenneth R. Koch, commercial portfolio director at Emerson International negotiated the lease agreement. Creative Impressions and Memories is the new tenant.
