ORLANDO, Fla. --- NAI Realvest recently negotiated a sale of the office building located at 1214 E. Concord Street, Orlando. . Tom R. Kelley II, CCIM, principal at NAI Realvest negotiated a $175,000 sale price on behalf of seller Metro Orlando Investors, LLC. The 1,541 square foot building was built in 1939. The local buyer is Industrial Roof Consultants Group, Inc.
