NAI Realvest Negotiates New Lease with Maitland Financial Group at Maitland Center Office Building

MAITLAND, Fla. --- NAI Realvest recently negotiated a new lease agreement for 885 square feet of office space in Suite 185 at 2200 Lucien Way fronting I-4 in Maitland Center. Tom R. Kelley II, CCIM, a principal in the firm and Senior Broker Associate Mary Frances West, CCIM negotiated the agreement representing the landlord, Alliance Lucien Way, Inc. based in Warrington, Pa. The new tenant is Maitland Financial Group LLC.
