Royal Oak Homes Names Sylvester Lionel, Jr. Assistant Builder

BALDWIN PARK, Fla. --- Royal Oak Homes, based in Baldwin Park, has named Sylvester Lionel, Jr. an assistant builder. Matt Orosz, co-president at Royal Oak Homes said Lionel earned his B.S. Degree in building construction from the University of Florida’s M.E. Rinker Sr. School of Building Construction.
