Lennar Promotes Mike Southward to Land Development Manager

TAMPA, Fla. --- Lennar’s Central Florida Division has named Mike Southward Land Development Manager. Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said Southward has more than 26 years of experience as a homebuilding executive in the Central Florida region and has been with Lennar more than 11 years, most recently as purchasing director. He attended Michigan Tech University.
