NAI Realvest Negotiates Lease of 5,561 square foot Finwall Building in Colonial Town area near downtown Orlando

MAITLAND, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated a lease agreement for the 5,561 square foot office facility known as the Finwall Building at 940 N. Ferncreek Ave. off Colonial Drive (SR 50) and Mills Avenue (US 17-92) in Orlando Paul P. Partyka, managing partner at NAI Realvest, brokered the transaction representing the landlord, Ferncreek LLC of Winter Park. The new tenant, Orlando-based Institute of Financial Operations, outgrew its former facility and the new building is more functional with room for the projected growth of the organization, said Partyka.
