NAI Realvest Negotiates Two New Leases of Herndon Center Office Space

Maitland, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated two new lease agreements for office space totaling 2,980 square feet in Herndon Center units 615-F and G, Herndon Ave. in Orlando. Michael Heidrich, a principal at NAI Realvest, brokered both transactions representing the landlord, LBJ Properties of Winter Park. The tenants are local firms, National Domino Federation USA who leased 2,000 square feet of office space and Steps, Inc. leased 980 square feet.
