SOUTH DAYTONA, Fla. -- Winston James Development, based in South Daytona Beach, recently negotiated a new lease at its Beville Road Business Park, 933 Beville Rd. Winston Schwartz, president of Winston-James Development, said Ivonis Trading Company LLC, which markets a wide range of motorcycle clothing and accessories online and through mail order, recently leased 1,060 square feet of space for a new warehouse and distribution facility.
