NAI Realvest negotiates $1.4 Million sale price for 9.69-Acre Industrial Development site in Southeast Orlando

ORLANDO, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated a $1,425,000.00 sale price for a 9.69-acre parcel of land at 7627 Narcoossee Rd. in southeast Orlando. Michael Heidrich, principal at NAI Realvest negotiated the sale on behalf of the local seller, SB Condo Partners I, LLC. The buyer, Narcoossee Acres Storage, LLC of Lake Forest Ill., plans an industrial storage development for the site. Austin Anderson of Realty Executives represented the buyer.
