NAI Realvest named exclusive Leasing Agents for Prime Industrial Facility in East Orlando

MAITLAND, Fla. --- NAI Realvest has been named exclusive leasing agents for a prime 9,000± square foot industrial office-warehouse facility located between Colonial Drive and University Blvd. at 2169 N. Forsyth Rd. in east Orlando.

NAI Realvest principal Michael Heidrich---one of the Central Florida region’s leading brokers of land and industrial properties--- is leasing agent for the property.

“This facility offers a unique combination of location, site planning, design, construction and infrastructure that makes it highly desirable,” Heidrich said.

The former Ground Control Landscaping headquarters facility offers 9,000 square feet of secure office and warehouse space, including a 1,800± square foot mezzanine with seven private offices and an open work area.

Heidrich said the ground floor includes 2,200 square feet of air conditioned office space with a large training room and kitchen, five offices, two large work areas and two rest rooms. The large work areas could serve as parts inventory or secure storage areas, Heidrich explained.

With six thousand square feet of warehouse space accessed through four grade-level overhead doors -- three are 12' by 12' and one is 10' by 10' -- the facility could accommodate large industrial users, Heidrich said.

Indoors, the building is equipped with a compressor and air lines, and 18 feet of clear height is brightly lit by energy-efficient bay lights.

“This is a very clean, efficiently laid-out contractor's office and warehouse and one of the key attractions is the neatly graveled and fenced yard that could accommodate a whole fleet of service vehicles or trucks,” Heidrich said.

Heidrich said the facility is available for lease at $9,000/month NNN.
