MAITLAND, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated two new lease agreements totaling 13,150 square feet of industrial space in Sanford and Longwood. NAI Realvest associate Michael Heidrich, Jr., was the lead broker in the lease of 9,300 square feet at 390 Hickman Drive in Sanford along with Michael Heidrich Sr., principal at NAI Realvest.
