GreenPath Energy Solutions Inks Licensing Agreement to Sell Award-Winning NorthWrite Energy Management Software
Orlando, Fla. --- GreenPath Energy Solutions, a supplier of energy efficient building solutions to reduce energy consumption in commercial buildings and to make them more sustainable, has entered into a licensing agreement with NorthWrite, Inc., a managed information services firm specializing in the delivery of innovative energy saving technology via their collaborative online software platform called Energy WorkSite - The WorkSite Company, headquartered in Minneapolis, MN.
Samuel Graham, LEED AP, president and chief executive officer at GreenPath Energy Solutions, said the channel reseller agreement provides GreenPath an important web-based software toolkit to help their customers monitor, manage, and optimize energy consumption in commercial buildings.
“We work with building owners and managers across the spectrum of commercial, industrial, institutional, and governmental facilities to help them identify and implement energy saving solutions to control their operational, energy, and facility costs. The Energy WorkSite software suite will give GreenPath the flexibility to expand our services to include web-based software tools that seamlessly connect all stakeholders to ensure their energy program meets its savings and sustainability objectives,” Graham explained.

NorthWrite’s EnergyWorkSite is an award-winning, highly acclaimed software suite developed in close cooperation with the U.S. Department of Energy’s Federal Energy Management with the goal of saving energy in commercial buildings. First Green Bank Chairman Ken LaRoe Named Finalist to win Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year® 2013 Award
MOUNT DORA, Fla. – Kenneth E. LaRoe, chairman and chief executive officer of First Green Bank, headquartered in Mount Dora with branch offices in Clermont, Ormond Beach and Downtown Orlando, has been named a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year® 2013 Award in Florida.
Finalists were selected from nearly 80 nominations by a panel of independent judges according to Greg Rosica, Ernst & Young LLP Entrepreneur of the Year Florida program partner.
LaRoe, who holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Florida State University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida, has been a banker since 1982.
LaRoe served as founder chairman and chief executive officer of Florida Choice Bank in Eustis until he sold the bank to Alabama National Bancorp in 2006.
LaRoe founded First Green Bank in 2009.
Rosica said the award program recognizes high-growth entrepreneurs who demonstrate excellence and extraordinary success in the areas of innovation, financial performance and personal commitment to their businesses and communities.
The award will be presented in Miami on June 13.
Ashton Woods Homes is now selling at Rosedale Country Club, Three models ready for viewing

Lennar Homes starts construction of five move-in ready homes at Emerson Park in Ave Maria
AVE MARIA, Fla. --- Lennar Homes has started construction of five move-in ready single family homes priced from the $230s to the $300s at Emerson Park, located off Camp Keais Road south of Immokalee Road.
Paul Pelak, new home sales consultant for Lennar Homes at Emerson Park, said all five new homes will be completed and ready for move-in by early June and one will be completed the week of May 20.
The new homes range in size from 2,200 square feet of living space to 3,000 square feet.
Pelak said that of the five new homes, the two-story Navona is perhaps the most spectacular.

Kissimmee, Fla. – The Food and Beverage Catering team at Stonegate Golf Club at Solivita in Poinciana served up refreshments and food recently to support the American Cancer Society’s 2013 Relay for Life fundraising effort.
Arto Rahmani, general manager at Stonegate said his team at Mosaics Restaurant in Solivita, participated in last year’s Relay for Life fundraiser.
“It’s the second year in a row for us and we are proud to participate in this event,” Rahmani said.
