Edina, Minn. --- Mattamy Homes U.S. Group, the U.S. division of Canada’s largest home builder, was ranked as one of the region’s top homebuilders for the first six months of 2011.
Steve Logan, vice president of Mattamy Homes in Minnesota, said that according to the recent Metrostudy report, Mattamy Homes sold more homes per neighborhood than any other home builder participating in Metrostudy in the region during the first half of the year.
For the month of June, Mattamy Homes outsold all other home builders participating in Metrostudy in the Twin Cities region.
Logan said Mattamy Homes plans to open two new communities later this year.
Mattamy Homes will open Chevalle in Chaska in August and the builder plans to open Jeffers Waterfront in Prior Lake in September.

Their largest loan, year to date, was for a healthcare management facility in Houston, Texas, worth more than $8.3 million in total project costs.

Allogy Interactive Pioneers Sustainable mLearning Program at International Leadership University in Nairobi, Kenya

Every one of the 34 mLearning students successfully completed their course work. Only 60 percent of a control group of 23 students who attended classes at the university successfully completed the course work, Forward said.
Allogy Interactive launched a second pilot earlier this year that included more features.
“We are able to offer an entire course and the students may download each component as they need it,” Forward said.
“In addition, the students and university instructors can interact with each other using their mobile devices just as if they were in a classroom together,” Forward said.
Students especially appreciated instant feedback on quizzes and tests, Forward said.
“We now have the technology to offer an entire university study program over a mobile device,” Forward said. “That means no more ‘late for class,’ no more lost notes, and the dog will never eat a student’s homework,” Forward said.

NAI Realvest Negotiates $590,000 Sale of Longwood Industrial Building
