Tampa, Fla. --- Pulte Homes plans to start construction of 106 new single-family homes later this year at The Highlands, located on S. Dover Road and White Cliff Place south of Hopewell Road in Dover. Sean Strickler, vice president of sales for Pulte Homes in North Florida said The Highlands will offer four to six-bedroom homes on oversized home sites. The homes will feature Pulte’s Life Tested designs, developed using focus groups and feedback from homeowners. New homes at The Highlands will range in size from 2,500 square feet of living space to 4,000+ square feet and will include large, open kitchens, inviting great rooms and industry leading energy efficiency. OCEANS LUXURY REALTY GROWING, EXPANDING

Crystal Anderson, president and chief executive officer, said Oceans Luxury Realty is averaging one to three new property management assignments each week. Since March, the firm has added eight new property management assignments. Anderson said the firm has added 10 new associates over the past six months to keep up with the work.
