LAKE MARY, Fla. -- Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty recently negotiated a new seven-year lease agreement for a 6,000 square foot class A medical office space at 719 Rodel Cove in Stirling Center off Rinehart Rd. in Lake Mary. Roger Soderstrom, founder and owner of Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty, said International Commercial Specialist John Kurtz negotiated the lease valued at over $1.2 million. Kurtz represented both the landlord ACM BP Properties LLC and the tenant Physicians Associates LLC. The space leased represents the majority of the second floor of the 719 Rodel Cove building, one of the most visible buildings within the Stirling Center medical campus. This is the second space in the same building leased by Physicians Associates which hosts a variety of medical specialties.
