Hold-Thyssen Negotiates Six New Leases for Almost 20,000 Square Feet at Park at Bay Plaza Office Center – within 30 days of negotiating sale of the 157,000 SF facility

TAMPA, Fla. --- Hold-Thyssen Inc., negotiated six new long-term lease agreements for 19,234 square feet in the Park at Bay Plaza office center less than 30 days after the real estate services firm negotiated a $5.7 Million sale of the center at 9350 Bay Plaza Blvd. in Tampa off E. Adamo Drive at U.S. 301. R. Anthony Fisher, vice president of Hold-Thyssen, Inc. in Tampa, said Leasing Associate Timothy Sanford negotiated all six transactions representing the landlord Tampa Adamo LLC. The new tenants include Tampa Workforce Alliance, Inc. with 8,256 square feet; David Mobley Capital Insurance with 2,097 square feet; MCM Worship Center, with 4,900 square feet; M.T. Bay, Inc., developers of the Little Greek Restaurant franchise, with 1,975 square feet; Lifetouch National School Studios, with 1,338 square feet; and Glory Ministries International, with 668 square feet. Hold-Thyssen has managed the 157,310 square foot Park at Bay Plaza for the past two years and will continue in that role. In addition, the new owner assigned leasing of the property to Hold-Thyssen when the sale of the property was completed earlier this summer, and that decision is paying early dividends. The Park at Bay Plaza office center, which was constructed in two phases in 1979 and 1984, is currently 61.8 percent leased. Headquartered in Winter Park, Fla., Hold-Thyssen provides commercial property and leasing and management services to institutional and private investor clients nationwide. The 40-year old firm’s current portfolio includes more that 100 commercial properties throughout the United States.
