LAKE MARY, Fla. --- Ashton Woods Homes has started construction of a new six unit townhome building at Savannah Park at Heathrow, the gated luxury Mediterranean-styled townhome community located on International Parkway off Wilson Road in North Seminole County.
Michael Roche, vice president of sales and marketing at Ashton Woods Homes in the Orlando region, said townhomes at Savannah Park will be priced from the $160s. Three bedroom, two-and-a-half bath townhomes will range from 1,548 square feet of living area to 1,936 square feet and feature a two-car garage and private courtyard.
The new building is expected to be completed by the end of summer, according to Roche.
