MAITLAND, Fla. --- Paul P. Partyka, managing partner of NAI Realvest in Maitland, was recently reappointed by the Canaveral Port Authority as their Real Estate Broker.
Partyka was first appointed to the post in 2007.
The Canaveral Port Authority lists assets valued at more than $200 million and buildings valued at more than $14 million on 886 acres surrounding Port Canaveral.
“Port Canaveral ranks as one of the largest trade zones in North America,” Partyka said.
As their real estate broker, Partyka represents the Canaveral Port Authority for both leasing and sales.

NAI Realvest negotiates new long term lease for 3,960 square feet at Maritime Center in Port Canaveral for McLean, Va. Technology Consulting firm
ORLANDO – NAI Realvest recently negotiated a new long-term lease agreement for 3,960 square feet of office space at 445 Challenger Rd. at the Maritime Center in Port Canaveral.
NAI Realvest Associates Richard Leuner and Managing Partner Paul P. Partyka, negotiated the transaction representing the landlord, Canaveral Port Authority.
The tenant, McLean Va.-based Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc., a strategy and technology consulting firm, leased the space for five years to relocate its Brevard County field office and facilitate expansion. Eric Jackson of Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. represented tenant in the transaction.
