Emerson International Reports Sales of 13 New Homes in April at Eagle Creek Golf Community in South Orlando

ORLANDO - Emerson International, the Altamonte Springs based developer of Eagle Creek Golf Club off Narcoossee Road near Medical City in southeast Orlando, reported it closed on sales of 13 new homes at Eagle Creek in April.

“That’s the most sales in a single month we have seen this year,” said Eric Emerson, vice president and general manager of Emerson International.

Emerson said new homes at Eagle Creek range in price from the low $200s to more than $900,000.

Emerson added that April closings totaled more than $5 million.

Eagle Creek Golf Club features a championship 18-hole golf course, a New England Manor Clubhouse and distinct neighborhoods that offer golf, lake or forest views with luxury single-family homes, golf villas, and town homes.

Emerson International, Centerline Homes to Build Show Home for 2012 NAHB International Builders Show In Orlando

ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla. --- Emerson International and Centerline Homes have been chosen for the BUILDER Concept Home 2012, an annual idea home series built in conjunction with the International Builders Show (IBS) scheduled for Feb. 8-11 in Orlando.

Emerson and Centerline are partnering with BUILDER magazine, the leading media brand for the home building industry, to produce three distinct homes to reflect important demographic groups, specifically Gen Y, Gen X, and Baby Boomers (Gen B).

The homes will be built in the Eagle Creek community near Lake Nona. Open for free guided tours to IBS attendees during the annual convention, they will eventually serve as working models for the builder-developer team for a new section of homes; the Gen B home also will be rendered as a photo-realistic virtual tour online with 24/7 access.

“This is an honor. We are very pleased to get the opportunity to showcase our abilities during this prestigious event,” said Robert Hudson, president of Centerline Homes. “The International Builders Show is the nation’s largest event for professional home builders.”

Woodley Architectural Group, Inc., of Littleton, Colo., will design the Gen Y and Gen B homes, while Canin Associates of Orlando will design the Gen X home and provided the landscape plan for the project. Kay Green Design, Inc., also based in Orlando, will be responsible for the interior design and merchandising of all three homes.

Emerson International Negotiates Six New Leases That Total 6,322 Square Feet of Office Space in Winter Park, Altamonte Springs and Longwood

ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla. --- Emerson International recently negotiated six new lease agreements that total 6,322 square feet of office space at three of its developments--Sanlando Center in Longwood, CenterPointe in Altamonte Springs and Louisiana Office Park in Winter Park.

Sean Westcott, director of leasing and property management for Emerson International, negotiated all six leases on behalf of the landlord, Emerson International.

At CenterPointe Office Park on CenterPointe Circle in Altamonte Springs, A Fresh New Start leased Suite 1565 with 432 square feet at 401 CenterPoint Circle, and Sacred Heart Clinic leased Suite 1116 with 415 square feet at 370 CenterPointe Circle.

PHXX-E, LLC leased 2,649 square feet at Suite 6116, 2180 West S.R. 434 at the Sanlando Center in Longwood, and at 2170 West S.R. 434 suite 214 with 747 square feet at Sanlando was leased to Luis C.G. Ortega.

New lease agreements were also completed by Westcott at Emerson International’s Louisiana Office Park in Winter Park where Norman L. Hull, P.A. leased 993 square feet in Suite 116, 1133 Louisiana Ave. and Protected Capital Advisors, LLC leased 986 square feet in Suite 111 of the building at 1177 Louisiana Ave.

Emerson International Acquires Site, Will Build 40,000sf Headquarters Facility for Florida Technical College at Central Florida Research Park near UCF

ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla. -- Emerson International has acquired a seven acre site at Central Florida Research Park adjacent to the University of Central Florida in east Orlando and plans to start construction on a 40,000 square foot campus facility for Florida Technical College, a proprietary college with facilities in Orlando, DeLand and Lakeland.

Eric Emerson, vice president and general manager of Emerson International, said the firm acquired the site from O53A, LLC, represented by Jeff K. McFadden, SIOR, president of McFadden Realty Advisors, Inc.

First Builders, Inc., has been named general contractor and Lincoln Property Company is managing the construction project, which will get underway in March with completion scheduled by October.

Emerson said the new Florida Technical College campus building is expected to open in October. Florida Technical College has leased the build-to-suit facility for 15 years, Emerson said.

Emerson International has developed Class A office facilities that total more than 1.2 million square feet in Central Florida, including the Center Pointe office park and Center Point I and II at Uptown Altamonte overlooking Crane’s Roost; Sanlando Center in Longwood; Louisiana Office Park in Winter Park; Major Center I and II near International Drive in southwest Orlando, and office facilities in Maitland, Longwood and Altamonte Springs.

ALTAMONTE SPRINGS - Only two penthouses remain available for lease at Emerson Plaza II, the luxury condominium building Emerson International opened nine months ago as the premier luxury apartment community at Uptown Altamonte in Altamonte Springs.

ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla. - Emerson International reported it will lease select two and three-bedroom luxury condominiums at Emerson Plaza, overlooking Cranes Roost Lake in Uptown Altamonte Springs at I-4 and S.R. 436 in Altamonte Springs.

Eric J. Emerson, vice president and general manager of the development firm, said 31 of 54 luxury condominiums in Tower One at Emerson Plaza have been sold at prices ranging from the $300s to $1 million plus.

Emerson said Emerson International will lease 20 select two and three-bedroom condominiums that range in size from 1,400 square feet of living space to 3,000 square feet.
