Emerson International, Centerline Homes to Build Show Home for 2012 NAHB International Builders Show In Orlando

ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla. --- Emerson International and Centerline Homes have been chosen for the BUILDER Concept Home 2012, an annual idea home series built in conjunction with the International Builders Show (IBS) scheduled for Feb. 8-11 in Orlando.

Emerson and Centerline are partnering with BUILDER magazine, the leading media brand for the home building industry, to produce three distinct homes to reflect important demographic groups, specifically Gen Y, Gen X, and Baby Boomers (Gen B).

The homes will be built in the Eagle Creek community near Lake Nona. Open for free guided tours to IBS attendees during the annual convention, they will eventually serve as working models for the builder-developer team for a new section of homes; the Gen B home also will be rendered as a photo-realistic virtual tour online with 24/7 access.

Woodley Architectural Group, Inc., of Littleton, Colo., will design the Gen Y and Gen B homes, while Canin Associates of Orlando will design the Gen X home and provided the landscape plan for the project. Kay Green Design, Inc., also based in Orlando, will be responsible for the interior design and merchandising of all three homes.

Emerson International, Centerline Homes to Build 10 Golf Villas at Eagle Creek Country Club in Southeast Orlando

ORLANDO – Emerson International and Centerline Homes has announced a joint venture at Eagle Creek Golf Club on Narcoossee Road in southeast Orlando and will start construction of 10 new golf villas at Eagle Creek in July that will be offered for sale or lease.

Eric Emerson, vice president and general manager at Emerson International, said the three and four bedroom golf villas will range in size from 1,400 square feet of living space to 2,400 square feet and are priced from the high $100s.

Eagle Creek now offers golf villas, town homes and single-family homes on 50 and 70-foot home sites around the 9th hole. The 7198-yard, par 73 championship golf course was designed by Ron Garl and is rated 4.5 stars by Golf Digest magazine.

Emerson International developer of Eagle Creek in Southeast Orlando sees 18 new Homes sold in a few weeks

ORLANDO - Emerson International, which is developing the 1300-acre Eagle Creek golf course community near Lake Nona in southeast Orlando, reported sales of 18 luxury homes at Eagle Creek in the weeks following a recent grand opening.

Centerline Homes, the new luxury home builder at Eagle Creek, got an average sale price of $345,000, said Eric Emerson, vice president and general manager of Emerson International.

Eagle Creek, located off Narcoossee Rd. two miles south of the 417, is owned by Emerson International, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Emerson Group, the global corporation that is one of the largest privately-owned property development companies in the U.K.

Emerson International to Sell Home More than 200 Sites at Eagle Creek Golf & Country Club to Centerline Homes of Orlando

ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla. --- Emerson International, which is developing the 1,300 acre Eagle Creek golf course community near Lake Nona in southeast Orlando, has contracted to sell more than 200 home sites at Eagle Creek to Centerline Homes of Orlando.

Eric J. Emerson, vice president and general manager of Emerson International, said the home sites are waterfront or on the 18-hole championship Eagle Creek Golf Course designed by golf architect Ron Garl.

Centerline Homes plans to start construction of single-family homes, town homes and villa homes before the end of this year priced from the low $200s to the $400s+, Emerson said.
Emerson said he is currently negotiating with additional home builders as well for additional lot sales.

Altogether, some 3,000 new homes are planned at Eagle Creek. More than 300 home sites remain for sale.
