ORLANDO - Meritage Homes has acquired 31 home sites at Wekiva Springs Estates, located off S. Wekiva Springs and Welch Roads in Apopka.

Brian Kittle, director of sales, said Meritage Homes is building new four, five, six, seven, and eight-bedroom homes at Wekiva Springs Estates that range in size from 1,994 square feet of living space to 5,111 square feet.

New homes at Wekiva Springs Estates priced from $234,990 feature Mediterranean elevations with barrel tile roofs, Kittle said.

SANFORD, Fla. - Lennar has only three ready-to-move-in single-family homes available for sale priced from the $130s with top model upgrades at Celery Estates on Bella Rosa Circle off Celery Ave. in Sanford.
