Lonnie Peterson, chairman of Cuhaci & Peterson Architects, said the contract was awarded by general contractor, M. Paul Construction and will include 2,000 square feet.

Cotter-Ryan Commercial starts Construction on Renovation and Expansion of Aloma Cinema Grill & Draft House in Winter Park
Longwood - Cotter Ryan Commercial, LLC has started construction on the renovation of the Aloma Cinema Grill and Draft House, the landmark Winter Park facility located in the Publix Shopping Center on Aloma Avenue and Lakemont in Winter Park.
Scott Ryan, president of Cotter Ryan Commercial, LLC, said work will include adding a third theater to the Aloma Cinema Grill, which will expand the facility by 3,500 square feet. Once completed the Aloma Cinema Grill and Draft House will seat 195 patrons
The $125,000 project will be completed by the end of July.

WINTER SPRINGS, Fla. - BDG Construction Services, LLC, recently completed a renovation of the Sony Superstore at the Crossroads Center on S.R. 535 across from Walt Disney World Village at Lake Buena Vista.
Jay Brown, P.E., principal at BDG Construction, said the interior renovation was for 1,400 square feet, and was completed for Jones Lang LaSalle of Altamonte Springs, the shopping center owner’s representative.
BDG Construction renovates and builds commercial facilities throughout Florida. Recent clients include The City of Winter Springs, Wal-mart Stores of Bentonville, Ark., and RP Realty Partners of Beverly Hills, Calif.

Now a fresh, contemporary destination the renovated drive-through canopy, roof and wood brackets, entry vestibule and updated color palette establish a new welcome for guest arrivals.
The first phase of renovations included substantial interior improvements to lobby and common rooms, guest rooms and suites, Paulson said.

Randall-Paulson Architects awarded design of renovations for office buildings in Cumming and Sandy Springs
ROSWELL, Ga. — Randall-Paulson Architects, the award winning Roswell-based planning, design and architectural firm, was awarded contracts to design interiors for an oral surgery center in Cumming and renovations for the office headquarters of Associated Builders and Contractors of Georgia (ABC) in Sandy Springs.
Randall-Paulson recently completed design for 3,380 square feet of interior space at North Atlanta Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Center in Cumming. Construction is underway on the new design including custom millwork and custom-designed reception desk. The new design achieved desired maximum natural daylighting by creating a plan that locates offices, reception, waiting and treatment areas on exterior windows and by providing interior windows to allow light to flow through the rest of the space.
Construction recently started on the Randall-Paulson designed renovations to the 8,200 square foot ABC office headquarters located on Roswell Road in Sandy Springs. Renovations include new office spaces, a training center, restrooms and exterior finishes.
