Beazer Homes Starts Construction of New Townhomes Priced From $99,990 at FishHawk Ridge in Lithia
TAMPA, Fla. --- Beazer Homes has started construction of townhomes priced from $99,990 at the award-winning FishHawk Ranch, a gated, maintenance-free community located on Starling Crossing Drive in Lithia off Osprey Ridge Drive south of FishHawk Blvd.
Kareyann Rhodes, sales manager for the Tampa Division of Beazer Homes, said the first townhome building will open before the end of July. There will be a total of only 36 new townhomes available.

Dupree Lakes in Land O’Lakes Offers Incentives on Sales of New Homes
Land O’Lakes - Beazer Homes is offering incentives worth up to $8,500 on sales of newly-built single-family homes at Dupree Lakes, located at 6153 Everlasting Pl. off Ehrens Cutoff Rd. east of Land-O’Lakes Blvd.

Beazer Homes has new pricing for five Showcase Single Family Homes at Dupree Lakes in Land O’Lakes
TAMPA, Fla. – Beazer Homes has new pricing on the five ready-to-move-in single family showcase homes at Dupree Lakes, located off Ehren’s Cutoff and S.R. 41 in Land O’Lakes.
