Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty Closes on Largest Home Sale in Brevard County
ORLANDO - Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty recently closed on the $2.5 million sale of a luxury home at 2740 N. Riverside Drive in Indialantic that ranks as the largest home sale in Brevard since 2008.

RedTail at Heathrow Golf Community Revives Dream of Country Estate Homes with Luxury Golf Course
ORLANDO - RedTail, a Heathrow golf community, located west of Heathrow in Sorrento, is reviving the tradition of luxury country club homes in Central Florida, starting at $399,999.

“We expect much of the office space will be leased by local tenants or doctors who are already serving the area,” Sweeney said. “For retailers, Dunedin Gateway represents an exciting new opportunity that will interest a broader spectrum in addition to local enterprises,” he said.
Altogether, Dunedin Gateway will include 90,000 square feet of medical, office and retail facilities, Sweeney said. The first phase will include 20,000 square feet of medical office space and 25,000 square feet of retail space, Sweeney added.
