ROSWELL - Randall-Paulson Architects (RPA) is a sponsor of the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Spring Classic for the sixth year in a row. The game between college national powers and rival teams Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets and Georgia Bulldogs will be held April 27 at Turner Field. .
Michael B. Randall, AIA principal at RPA said he is leading a fundraising effort to collect donations throughout the community.

Since 2004, the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Spring Classic has raised over $1 million for Children’s Healthcare.

The annual Classic is one of Children’s most successful fundraisers.

Plantation Bay Golf & Country Club to Host Fundraising Events to aid American Cancer Society
ORMOND BEACH, Fla. - Plantation Bay Golf & Country Club will host two fundraising events in October to aid the American Cancer Society.
Rosemary Messina, vice president of sales and marketing, said ICI Homes and Plantation Bay will host a “Rally for the Cure” Battle Against Breast Cancer. Golf Tournament & Luncheon starting at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 15 will be held at Club de Bonmont.
Friday, October 23, Florida Hospital, Wellness on Wheels will be parked in the parking lot accepting appointments 9-3. Appointments can be made by calling 386-231-3355.
On Saturday, Oct. 24, ICI Homes and Plantation Bay will host “Blast Out Cancer” starting with a Survivor Breakfast at 7:30 a.m. Events include a 5K Walk that starts at 8:15 a.m., a 10K Bike Ride that starts at 9:15 a.m. and a Tennis Round Robin starting at 10:30 a.m., Messina said.
A massage therapist, esthetician, and physical therapist will be on hand for the entire event, along with Pro Fit Shoes representatives, Ice-Cream by Sally’s, Gift Basket from Noah’s Market among others.
Registration for the event is $25, which includes T-Shirt.
ICI Homes will present a three-day, two-night vacation at Lighthouse Key Resort in Orlando as Grand Prize to the top fundraiser during these events, Messina said.
All proceeds from both events will be contributed to the American Cancer Society, Messina said.

University Club of Orlando Raises more than $50,000 Through Cocktails for a Cause Fundraisers, Next one will Benefit Florida Health Systems’ Orlando Health Foundation
ORLANDO, Fla. - The University Club of Orlando, which has raised more than $50,000 since last September through its Cocktails for a Cause program for local charities, plans to host “Tips for Trauma” on Thursday, Feb. 26.
The Cocktails for a Cause fundraiser will run from 5:30 to 7 p.m. and will benefit Florida Health Systems’ Orlando Health Foundation.
Susan Greene, general manager of the University Club of Orlando, said one recent Cocktails for a Cause helped raise more than $11,000 for Coastal Conservation.
The University Club of Orlando is located across from the Orlando Public Library on Central Ave. and Rosalind Blvd. in downtown Orlando.
