Value Key to Lennar’s Strong Sales at Heritage Bay Golf and Country Club in Naples

NAPLES - Lennar reports it sold more than 100 new homes since January at Heritage Bay, a gated golf and country club resort community located on Immokalee Road five miles east of I-75 in Naples.

Matt Devereaux, director of sales for Lennar’s Southwest Florida Division, said value is the key ingredient to the home builder’s success in the southwest Florida region

“Heritage Bay offers a range of single-family homes and condominiums that are both affordably priced and rich in amenities,” Devereaux said.

“That all adds up to tremendous value when you are a retiree or empty nester trying to live the good life,” he said.

To start, new home buyers at Heritage Bay receive free membership in the Heritage Bay golf club with its 27-hole championship golf course.

Pricing starts from the $160s for terrace condominiums and verandas to over $500,000 for luxury coach and estate homes. Homes range in size from 1,194 square feet to over 2,900 square feet of living space.

Community amenities also include seven lighted Har-Tru tennis courts with stadium seating for tournaments, a well-appointed 42,000 square two-story clubhouse with state-of-the-art fitness center and resort-style swimming pool with Chickee Bar.

“Eighty percent of the land at Heritage Bay is comprised of lakes, golf course, conservation areas and open preserves,” Devereaux said.

Lennar Reports Record Pace of New Home Sales at Heritage Bay Golf and Country Club Community in Naples

NAPLES - Lennar reports it sold a record 29 new homes in February at Heritage Bay, a gated golf and country club resort community located on Immokalee Road east of I-75 in Naples.

Matt Devereaux, director of sales for Lennar’s Southwest Florida Division, said sales of new homes at The Verandas at Heritage Bay and Heritage Bay Terrace Condominiums exceeded projections for the month.

Heritage Bay exemplifies Lennar’s bold new strategy for new home communities in Florida: mixing affordably priced homes with resort-style amenities to create communities that offer unparalleled value.

“Eighty percent of the land at Heritage Bay is comprised of lakes, golf course, conservation areas and open preserves,” Devereaux said.

Membership in the Heritage Bay golf club with 27-hole championship golf course is included with the purchase price of every new home. Community amenities also include seven lighted Har-Tru tennis courts with stadium seating for tournaments, a well-appointed 42,000 square two story clubhouse with state-of-the-art fitness center and resort-style swimming pool with Chickee Bar.

Lennar Reports Brisk Sales of Terrace Condominiums, Luxury Verandahs at Heritage Bay Golf & Country Club

NAPLES - Lennar reports that sales of Terrace condominiums and luxury Verandah homes are outpacing projections at Heritage Bay Golf & Country Club, located off Immokalee Rd. east of I-75 in Naples.

Matt Devereaux, director of sales for Lennar in the Naples/Fort Myers region, said more than half of the Terrace condominium units in the newest building have already sold out at prices starting from the mid-$100s, with construction set to start later this month.

Two buildings with 12 luxury Verandah homes have sold out and a third building is half sold out at prices ranging from the low $200s.

“We have seen a huge surge in interest coming from northeastern and Midwestern states, Canadian families and Europeans,” Devereaux explained.

One big reason for the sales surge is a marketing strategy Lennar launched nine months ago that includes free golf, tennis and country club membership with every new home purchase.

“Industry-wide, Florida home builders were deeply slashing their prices and devaluing their homes,” Devereaux explained. “We focused on adding as much value as possible. We reduced prices too, but adding free golf, tennis and country club membership adds a tremendous lifetime and lifestyle value that means much more than a price reduction,” he said.
