ICI Homes names new home sales associates in Jacksonville

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - ICI Homes has appointed three new home sales associates at its communities of Magnolia Preserve, Tidewater and Highland Glen in the Jacksonville region.

Rosemary Messina, vice president of sales and marketing for ICI Homes, said Suzanne Cash recently joined ICI Homes as a new home sales associate at Highland Glen in Jacksonville. Cash has 12 years of experience, including an executive position with City Homes in Dallas. Cash was most recently a sales associate with Landmar in Jacksonville, and she is active in Habijax for Humanity and the American Red Cross.

Messina said John F. Chaney was recently named new home sales associate for ICI Homes at Tidewater in Jacksonville. Chaney who has more than 10 years of new home sales experience was formerly with Seda Construction where he was named sales associate of the year three years in a row from 2005-2007.

Jamie Cope, who recently joined ICI as a sales associate, was formerly with Kemick Homes and has two years of experience. A St. Augustine resident and member of the Northeast Florida Builders Assn., Cope will assist new homebuyers at ICI Home’s community of Magnolia Preserve in St. Johns, Messina said.

NAI Realvest negotiates two new lease agreements for industrial space totaling 13,740 square feet in Poinciana and SE Orlando

ORLANDO, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated two new lease agreements totaling 13,740 square feet of industrial space at industrial facilities in southeast Orlando and Poinciana in Kissimmee.

Michael Heidrich, a principal at NAI Realvest, brokered both transactions.

Paufer Corp. d/b/a Fun Time Inflatable Games, a Kissimmee-based firm, signed a three-year lease for 10,500 square feet for an indoor inflatable games center in units 100A-100E in the Airport Industrial Center located at 7480 Narcoossee Rd. in southeast Orlando. Columbus, Ohio-based Airport Investment Properties, LLC is the landlord.

At 1719 and 1721 Business Center Lane in the Poinciana CommerCenter in Kissimmee, Mudodon Inc. d/b/a Academy of Martial Arts of Kissimmee leased 3,240 square feet for over five years. Small Bay Partners, LLC of Maitland is the landlord.
