NAI Realvest Negotiates Four Industrial Lease Agreements in Sanford, Winter Park and Orlando Totaling More than 19,000 Square Feet
MAITLAND, Fla. --- NAI Realvest recently negotiated four lease agreements totaling 19,022 square feet at Monroe CommerCenter South in Sanford, at the Goldenrod CommerCenter in Orlando and at the industrial facility on Metric Drive in east Winter Park.
Aron Harrison, broker associate at NAI Realvest, represented the new tenant, Boss Laser, LLC, in the lease of 2,000 square feet at 651 Progress Way in Monroe CommerCenter South in Sanford. Michael Heidrich, Sr. a principal in the firm, represented the landlord, COP-Monroe, LLC of Maitland.
Heidrich Sr. also completed a lease agreement with Sanford-based Dignoti Group, Inc. a reupholstery and furniture repair company for 4,240 square feet at 4265 Church St. in Monroe CommerCenter.
A.J. Property Holdings, LLC, the landlord at the industrial facility at 4100 Metric Drive in Winter Park, was represented by Heidrich, Sr, in the lease of Suite 700 with 6,000 square feet where the new tenant is a local firm of insurance adjusters and investigators, Specialty Group, Inc.
A & B Stucco, Inc., longtime tenant at Goldenrod CommerCenter at 1467 N. Goldenrod Rd. in Orlando has expanded by leasing another 6,782 square feet and now occupies a total of 15,606 square feet at the industrial center. Heidrich Sr. brokered the transaction representing the landlord COP-Goldenrod, LLC of Maitland.
Golden Bear Club in Windermere Hosts 14 Teams at 2012 Ladies Member Guest Invitational Golf Tournament
WINDERMERE Fla. --- The Golden Bear Club in Windermere recently hosted 14 golf teams competing in the 2012 Ladies Member Guest Invitational Golf Tournament.
Matthew Allen, director of golf at Golden Bear, said all 14 teams competed in the one-of-two best ball format over a two-day period.
The first place net and first place gross teams from each flight competed in the final shoot-out, where the overall winning team was determined, Allen said.
Golden Bear golf club member Cassandra Doty and her guest Myra Murray, were crowned the 2012 member guest champions.
Flight shoot-out teams included Linda Palmer and Violet Rosenblit, Murray and Doty, Shelley Jones and Paul Hodges and Sherry Glisson and Linda Brown.

Henin Realty names Mitch Gover Realtor Associate

Jerome Henin, who heads Henin Realty, said Gover holds a degree in business administration from the University of Florida and has more than 25 years of residential real estate and mortgage lending experience.
Gover is an entrepreneur who started his own mortgage company that he operated for eight years and he later created an internet real estate firm, BidOnRealty.com, an online negotiation platform.
Gover was formerly with Charles Rutenberg Realty in Orlando and achieved more than $2 million in sales volume in 2011-2012.

Lennar opens 10 New Premium Home Sites in Next Phase at Twin Eagles Golf Course Community in Naples
NAPLES, Fla. --- Lennar Southwest recently opened 10 new premium home sites for sale in the next phase at Twin Eagles Golf Course community off Immokalee Rd. in Naples.
