Lennar Names Land Acquisition Manager for Tampa Region

NAI Realvest negotiates five industrial leases in 20 days totaling more than 150,800 square feet in Orlando

The tenant, Magellan Behavioral Health, Inc. renewed its current lease of 27,867 square feet and closed on an expansion lease of an additional 10,096 square feet for a total occupancy of 37,963 square feet.
