Cuhaci & Peterson Architects designed Church in Baldwin Park to be dedicated in February

ORLANDO - The dedication ceremony of the Cuhaci & Peterson designed North Park Baptist Church in Baldwin Park is set for Feb. 20.

Lonnie Peterson, chairman of Cuhaci & Peterson Architects, LLC said the church will offer 16,000 square feet of space for worship, education, and daycare center.

Ashton Woods Homes Acquires 14 Home Sites with Option for More at Eagles Landing in Ocoee

ORLANDO - Ashton Woods Homes has acquired 14 single family home sites at Eagles Landing, located on West Road off Ocoee-Apopka Road in Ocoee.

Michael Roche, vice president of sales and marketing for Ashton Woods Homes in the Orlando region, said the purchase includes an option to buy additional home sites.

All 14 home sites front on conservation areas, Roche said.

Ashton Woods Homes plans to build new single-family homes at Eagles Landing priced from the $200s.

Ashton Woods Homes is a subsidiary of the Great Gulf Group of Companies, a North American real estate conglomerate headquartered in Toronto, and currently has communities under development in Houston, Dallas, Atlanta, Phoenix, Tampa, Denver and Orlando.

Data Transfer Solutions Names Aaron Schwartz Application Developer in Tennessee Region

ORLANDO - Data Transfer Solutions LLC, the firm that provides Geographic Information Systems (GIS), transportation planning, engineering, asset management, Web design, database applications, and video and multimedia production services to local governments and regional and state agencies throughout the U.S., has named Aaron Schwartz application developer.

A.M. “Trey” Fragala III, AICP, chief operating officer at Data Transfer Solutions based in downtown Avalon Park, said Schwartz will work out of our new Nashville office and support GIS development projects ongoing in the state. “He can develop in a variety of programming languages and will be a nice complement to our already diverse team of developers in Orlando and Ft. Collins, Colo.,” Fragala said.

Schwartz, a graduate of Northwest Connecticut Community College, has more than 10 years of experience in application design and development.

Kolter Land Partners Acquires Victoria Park in DeLand from The St. Joe Company

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. --- Kolter Land Partners, LLC, a privately-owned land acquisition and development firm based in Palm Beach County, has acquired Victoria Park in DeLand from The St. Joe Company.

The acquisition of Victoria Park includes seven single-family homes and 20 town homes built by The St. Joe Company; 436 fully developed home sites, 88 partially developed home sites, 1,879 undeveloped home sites on 380 acres; a 2.2-acre commercial site and a Ron Garl-designed golf course with clubhouse and equipment. The purchase price was not disclosed.

“We are pleased to acquire such a quality project with over 1,200 existing residences, which establishes a great foundation for our plans to complete the development of Victoria Park,” Harvey said.

Kolter Land Partners, LLC is the land acquisition affiliate of The Kolter Group, the West Palm Beach-based real estate development, investment and construction company that is also developing the central Florida communities of Grande Oaks at Heathrow and Lake Charm in Seminole County and Calabria in West Orange and other projects throughout Florida and the southeastern United States.
