resort-style amenity center that adds something for everyone regardless of age,
interest or level of fitness.
The spacious oasis of leisure features a zero-entry
resort pool with lap lanes, a spa, fire pit seating area, basketball and
pickleball courts, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a 5,800 square foot coastal-inspired

area is among the new amenities and is proving to be a family health magnet,

“The play area for the children is so nice and
open, and right off the pool area,” says Kristin Pomeroy, who along with
husband Kevin, their 6-year-old son and 4-year-old daughter have been in their
DiVosta home at Mallory park for over a year now. “It’s just a nice community feel here. Dads
walk their children to school, we have a golf cart and really enjoy that, and
now my husband has become a huge pickleball fan! We love it.”
The $200,000 children’s play area was designed by
a team of experts who specialize in educational and interactive playgrounds,
where elements of the natural world are incorporated into a traditional child-friendly
fun zone. The inviting, playful
environment cleverly exposes youngsters to elements of paleontology, biology,
geology and the natural sciences and entices them to run, climb and explore all
while having fun and staying active.
