MELKEN SOLUTIONS LLC EARNS FULL BBB ACCREDITATION

ORLANDO, Fla., --- Melken Solutions LLC, the Orlando firm that provides cost effective, high-quality, full-compliance document scanning and conversion for medical, legal, financial and government industries, was recently awarded full accreditation from the Central Florida Better Business Bureau (BBB). Melanie Wheeler, co-founder and partner at Melken Solutions, said full BBB Accreditation is an important component of Melken’s pledge of transparency and business integrity. “BBB Accreditation is an announcement to potential clients and customers that we embrace, support and commit ourselves to BBB’s Standards of Trust,” Wheeler said. Such ethics standards are particularly relevant to the industry groups Melken Solutions supports, Wheeler added. “Federal law requires all U.S. physicians to adopt Electronic Health Records by 2016, and that means health care providers must digitize all of their existing documents and images,” Wheeler explained. “Our support of ethical standards, particularly as regards health care privacy, is a critical element in selecting digital solutions providers,” Wheeler said. Melken Solutions recently earned approval from the UCF College of Medicine’s Regional Extension Center as a vendor to market document scanning to health care providers converting their medical files in Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Polk, Seminole and Volusia Counties. Melken Solutions is a member of the UCF Business Incubation Program in the Central Florida Research Park in east Orange County.
