Lennar to Open Two New Model Homes in August at Heritage Isle in Melbourne

MELBOURNE, Fla. --- Lennar will open two new model homes in late August at Heritage Isle, the award-winning active adult community located in Viera adjacent to Melbourne’s Duran Golf Club.

Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said the Ascot model home offers two bedrooms and two baths in 1,779 square feet of living space with a two-car garage priced from $207,990.

The Kennedy model home offers four bedrooms and three baths in 2,267 square feet of living space with a three-car garage priced from $240,990.

Metheny said both new model homes are located in the newest phase at Heritage Isle where Lennar is building Villa, Manor and Estate Homes priced from the $130s.

Heritage Isle is a 475-acre community that features village parks, lakes and pedestrian bridges, along with the largest community clubhouse in Brevard County.

The 21,000 square foot Heritage Isle Club is home to the Heritage Café, open six days a week, and a state-of-the-art fitness center with personal trainers.

Lennar’s Central Florida Division Names Jack Lazinsk Director of Sales and Marketing for Orlando Region

ORLANDO, Fla. --- Lennar’s Central Florida Division has appointed Jack Lazinsk Director of Sales and Marketing in the Orlando region, including the Clermont and Space Coast areas.

Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said Lazinsk has more than 10 years of experience in the homebuilding industry.

Lazinsk is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a degree in Business Administration/Marketing. He has been a Central Florida resident for the last 23 years.

Ryland Homes Starts Construction of Two New Single Family Model Homes from the Low $200s at Whitney Lake on Johns Island

CHARLESTON, S.C. --- Ryland Homes has started construction of two new single-family model homes at Whitney Lake, located off River Road and Maybank Highway on Johns Island in Charleston.

Brian Cartwright, vice president of sales and marketing for Ryland Homes in the Charleston-Myrtle Beach region, said new single-family homes at Whitney Lake in Johns Island are priced from under $200,000.
