JACKSONVILLE, Fla. --- Amelia National Golf & Country Club in Fernandina Beach is offering a whale of an incentive for new home buyers this summer: For a limited time, Amelia National Developer ICI Homes will pay all CDD fees for new to-be-built homes purchased in Amelia National
Rosemary Messina, vice president of sales and marketing for ICI Homes said, the offer is worth up to $25,000.
CDD fees fund Community Development District improvements and maintenance on such infrastructure necessities as roads, storm water facilities and common areas.
ICI Homes builds custom-built luxury homes priced from the $300s at Amelia National, an award winning country club community built around a Tom Fazio designed golf course.
