Altamonte Springs, Fla. --- Incentive Properties at the Island Club, a gated residential community located on AAA Drive in Lake Mary, has started construction of a luxury home that will be priced at $485,000 when it opens later this year.
Joseph Schwartz, a principal who heads Incentive Properties, LLC, said Winston James Construction Company of South Daytona is the contractor.
The four-bedroom, three-bath luxury home with 3,228 square feet of living space will feature a downstairs master bedroom suite and two-car garage.
