NAI Realvest lands two new tenants – both planning a November opening – at Church Street Exchange Building in downtown Orlando
Orlando, Fla. -- The NAI Realvest retail team of Kevin O’Connor, Matt Cichocki and Mitch Heidrich recently negotiated two new leases adding to the line up in the Church Street Exchange Building at 101 S. Garland Ave. in downtown Orlando.
NAI Realvest represented the landlord Boston-based Tremont Realty Capital in both lease agreements for retail space totaling 4,547 square feet.
Heidrich said Trend Studios Orlando will occupy 2,763 square feet in the end cap space at the corner of Pine Street and Gertrudes Walk. The full service salon will include tanning, nail treatments and teeth whitening.
The NAI Realvest retail team also leased 1,784 square feet in the street level space fronting on Pine Street in the Church Street Exchange Building to Extract Juice & Tapas Bar. It will be the second Central Florida location for the casual dining restaurant.
