Lennar Opens Sales of Single-Family Homes at Harmony, Model Grand Opening Sept 28-29

HARMONY, Fla. --- Lennar has started selling new single-family homes priced from the $180s at Harmony, the eco-friendly golf preserve community located on Schoolhouse Road off US 192 near St. Cloud in Osceola County. Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said a grand opening with the presentation of a decorated model and tours is set for Sept. 28 and 29. Winston James Development starts work on another “hot” Windsor Plus model home

PORT ORANGE, Fla. — Winston James Development, based in South Daytona, has started construction on another “hot” Windsor Plus model home at its community of the Villages of Royal Palm, the upscale community on Coconut Palm Circle in Port Orange. Jamie Allen Adley, president of Villages of Royal Palm, said the home building firm started the Windsor Plus model home three earlier times and it was sold before construction was just getting underway. Adley said the model home will offer four bedrooms, three baths in 2,400 square feet and is priced from $325,000. “Every time we start the model… someone snaps it up before the home is completed,” Adley said. The new Windsor Plus will be completed before the end of the year, Adley said. Adley added there are 30 home sites remaining at the Villages of Royal Palm with homes selling from the $180s to $300,000.

M/I Homes opening last phase at Wekiva Run

LAKE MARY, Fla. – M/I Homes has opened the final phase at Wekiva Run located off Ponkan Road and S.R. 441 in Northwest Orlando. Cuhaci & Peterson Architects completes design of new East Coast Wings & Grill on Alafaya Trail
