Emerson International completes Four Lease Agreements that total more than 18,000 square feet of office space

Altamonte Springs, Fla. -- Emerson International recently negotiated four lease agreements that total more than 18,000 square feet of commercial space in Maitland and Altamonte Springs. Kenneth Koch, director of leasing for Emerson International, recently negotiated a new long-term lease agreement for 5,203 square feet of office space at 2600 Maitland Center Parkway in Maitland that will be the new Central Florida headquarters for ZYNGA, the publicly-traded online gaming company. Koch represented landlord Emerson International and Colliers Arnold represented ZYNGA in that transaction. Nirvana formerly occupied 3,428 square feet and now leases a total of 5,471 square feet of space. NAI Realvest negotiates $600,000 acquisition of Winter Springs Development site for new Primrose School

MAITLAND, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated the purchase of a site on SR. 434 and Heritage Park Street for development of a Primrose School and daycare facility. NAI Realvest principals Matt Cichocki and Kevin O’Connor negotiated the transaction representing the buyer, Elsis Land Holdings, LLC of Orlando. The local seller was HSP 1001, LLC. The buyer paid $600,000 for the 73,181 square foot parcel of land for the Primrose School. Meritage Homes names new customer service manager, three new sales associates

Pulte Homes to start construction of 106 new single-family homes at The Highlands

Tampa, Fla. --- Pulte Homes plans to start construction of 106 new single-family homes later this year at The Highlands, located on S. OCEANS LUXURY REALTY GROWING, EXPANDING

Hold-Thyssen Tampa Office Arranges Sale of Siemens Building near Dallas-Ft. Worth International Airport in Irving Texas
