Mattamy Homes Continues to Outpace the Twin Cities Market

Edina, Minn. --- Mattamy Homes U.S. Group, the U.S. division of Canada’s largest home builder, was ranked as one of the region’s top homebuilders for the first six months of 2011.

Steve Logan, vice president of Mattamy Homes in Minnesota, said that according to the recent Metrostudy report, Mattamy Homes sold more homes per neighborhood than any other home builder participating in Metrostudy in the region during the first half of the year.

For the month of June, Mattamy Homes outsold all other home builders participating in Metrostudy in the Twin Cities region.

Logan said Mattamy Homes plans to open two new communities later this year.

Mattamy Homes will open Chevalle in Chaska in August and the builder plans to open Jeffers Waterfront in Prior Lake in September.

Pulte Homes to Host Grand Opening to Showcase Three New Floor Plans at Vizcaya Town Home Community in Jacksonville

Jacksonville, Fla. --- Pulte Homes will host a grand opening Saturday, July 23 to showcase its new Xavier model town home and three new floor plans at Vizcaya, a gated luxury town home community located on Casitas Drive in Jacksonville near Beach and Hodges Blvds. just four miles from Jacksonville Beach.

Sean Strickler, vice president of sales and marketing for Pulte Homes in north Florida, said Pulte Homes plans to build 254 Mediterranean-styled luxury town homes at Vizcaya in five distinctive floor plans that range in size from 1,718 square feet of living space to 2,369 square feet.

New town homes at Vizcaya are priced from $199,990 to $294,990.

Strickler said the new Xavier model offers three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths in 1,892 square feet of living space with a two-car garage.

Featuring an open living, dining and kitchen area, a curved staircase and luxurious owner’s suite, the Xavier model town home is priced from $219,990.

Vizcaya features a community clubhouse with a state-of-the-art fitness center and a community swimming pool.

Lennar to unveil “Super Home” Series throughout Tampa Bay priced at eye-opening $59 per square foot
