Emerson International completes Four Lease Agreements that total more than 18,000 square feet of office space

Altamonte Springs, Fla. -- Emerson International recently negotiated four lease agreements that total more than 18,000 square feet of commercial space in Maitland and Altamonte Springs. Kenneth Koch, director of leasing for Emerson International, recently negotiated a new long-term lease agreement for 5,203 square feet of office space at 2600 Maitland Center Parkway in Maitland that will be the new Central Florida headquarters for ZYNGA, the publicly-traded online gaming company. Koch represented landlord Emerson International and Colliers Arnold represented ZYNGA in that transaction. Koch represented the landlord 2600 Maitland Center Parkway in an expansion lease agreement with Beazer Homes the tenant who now occupies a total of 7,899 square feet of rentable space, up from 6,728 square feet At Emerson International’s Centerpointe II office building in Altamonte Springs Koch negotiated an expansion lease with Nirvana Health Corp. Nirvana formerly occupied 3,428 square feet and now leases a total of 5,471 square feet of space. Leasing Associate Zac Starkey negotiated the lease of 600 square feet with tenant Christopher Yates Fine Photography at Emerson International’s Louisiana Office Park on Louisiana Ave. in Winter Park.

M/I Homes opening new series of homes at Hickory Hammock in Winter Garden

NAI Realvest negotiates $600,000 acquisition of Winter Springs Development site for new Primrose School

MAITLAND, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated the purchase of a site on SR. 434 and Heritage Park Street for development of a Primrose School and daycare facility. NAI Realvest principals Matt Cichocki and Kevin O’Connor negotiated the transaction representing the buyer, Elsis Land Holdings, LLC of Orlando. The local seller was HSP 1001, LLC. The buyer paid $600,000 for the 73,181 square foot parcel of land for the Primrose School. This is the third site that the NAI Realvest retail team has located for Primrose Schools in the Central Florida market.
