Construction on two models expected to begin in December
APOPKA – Ground work has commenced on M/I Homes’ Towns at Hidden Lake development near Apopka Elementary School.
The townhome community – at Old Dixie Highway and Vick Road – will offer three floor plans ranging in size from 1,379 to nearly 1,700 square feet of living area, according to David Byrnes, M/I Homes’ Area President.
“Part of the desirability of this gated community will be its location,” Byrnes said, citing its proximity to Apopka Elementary School. “Buyers also are sure to appreciate the distinctive floor plans, as well as the resort-style pool, cabana and a tot lot.”
With only 92 lots, Byrnes said the Towns at Hidden Lake will be an intimate neighborhood with prices starting in the mid $200,000s. Construction of two models is set to begin in December.
