Sweetwater by Del Webb to Host Community Event Feb. 25 with Foods, Beverages, Live Music and Prizes

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. --- Sweetwater by Del Webb in Jacksonville will host a community event with free food, drinks and live music on Saturday, Feb. 25, at Sweetwater by Del Webb located on Surfbird Circle off Baymeadows Road East in Jacksonville. The event is free and open to the public.

Sean Strickler, vice president of sales for Del Webb in the North Florida region, said the event scheduled from 1 to 4 p.m. will include tours of two model homes and the Summerland Hall clubhouse at Sweetwater by Del Webb along with plenty of food and beverages, and a drawing for prizes that include a $100 AMC gift card, a $100 Shell gas gift cards and a $200 Visa gift card.

“We’re hosting receptions in our model homes with gourmet foods and beverages,” Strickler said.

Prospective homebuyers are invited to tour the models where resident ambassadors will be on hand to answer any questions about why they chose to purchase at Sweetwater by Del Webb and what they like about living there. Visitors will get a behind-the-scenes look while enjoying food and entertainment, and may meet their future neighbors.

Strickler said he expects to host record crowds at the active adult community.

“This is the busiest time of the year,” Strickler said. “We have many guests and visitors who are here for the winter season and we are looking forward to entertaining them at Sweetwater by Del Webb, he said.

Ryland Homes Names Fred Bricketto Land Manager for the Charleston S.C. Region

CHARLESTON, S.C. – Ryland Homes has named Fred Bricketto land manager for the Charleston and Myrtle Beach regions in South Carolina.

Don McDonough, division president for Ryland Homes in Charleston said Bricketto, who attended Georgia Southern University, has more than 25 years of experience in land development and acquisition.

Bricketto was most recently a broker with Carolina Land Realty in Charleston. He is licensed by South Carolina Homebuilders and holds a Real Estate Broker’s license from the state.
