Centex Opens Two New Model Homes at The Reserve at Crossing Creek in Bradenton, Grand Opening Event Slated for August 10

BRADENTON, Fla. --- Centex recently completed two new single-family model homes at The Reserve at Crossing Creek, located off Creekwood Blvd. in Bradenton, west of I-75 off SR-70. Scott Mairn, vice president of sales and marketing for the company, said Centex will host a grand opening event to showcase its newest Bradenton community on Saturday, August 10. The Vernon Hill II model at the Reserve at Crossing Creek is one of the most popular designs from the company’s new home portfolio, Mairn said. The three-bedroom, two-bath home offers 1,911 square feet of living space with a den, an open island kitchen with a breakfast nook, and a spectacular great room. The model showcases the optional loft which also includes a fourth bedroom and bath, increasing the living space to 2,629 square feet. The two-story Mendoza II model, with a majestic 3,242 square feet of living space, features four bedrooms, two full baths and a half-bath, a game room and a large open family living area that encompasses a great room, an open island kitchen, dining nook, and a formal living and dining areas. The decorated model showcases several optional living spaces, including a den in lieu of the formal living room and an optional fifth bedroom with full third bath on the first floor. Mairn said Centex is already entertaining visitors at The Reserve at Crossing Creek in its new sales center. “I expect we will be announcing our first new home sales at The Reserve at Crossing Creek during our grand opening event August 10,” Mairn said. Live music, refreshments and tours of The Reserve at Crossing Creek model park are scheduled from 1 to 3 p.m. Centex plans to build 88 single-family homes at the Reserve at Crossing Creek priced from the high $100s.
