Incentive Properties and Winston James Construction, sell $471,000 Seminole County luxury home less than one month from completion

LAKE MARY, Fla. --- Incentive Properties of Altamonte Springs and Winston James Construction of South Daytona closed on the sale of a $471,000 luxury home recently at Island Club, located off Markham Woods Road in Lake Mary. Joseph Schwartz, Broker for Incentive Properties said and Winston James Construction received a certificate of occupancy for the luxury home in mid-December and a sale of the home was completed in early January. “The completed home was only on the market for three weeks,” Joseph Schwartz, principal and broker at Incentive Properties, said. The four-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath luxury home with 3,400 square feet of living space features a bonus room and many custom upgrades, plus a two-car garage. Joseph Schwartz said Winston James Construction and Incentive Properties plan to team up to build another luxury home at Island Club priced in the $500,000 range before the end of the year.

Musool Academy Martial Artists Earn 25 Medals in AAU Florida Taekwondo Qualifying Competition at Daytona Beach Ocean Center

Daytona Beach, Fla. --- MuSool Academy at 5889 South Williamson Blvd. in Port Orange was one of the biggest winners at the recent AAU Florida Taekwondo Qualifying Competition at Daytona Beach Ocean Center. Melbourne native Shelby Creech, Sa Beom Nim (Master Instructor) at MuSool Academy, said the popular martial arts dojang racked up 25 medals in the competition, including nine gold medals, 10 silver and six bronze. “Our kids were just awesome,” Creech said. Martial arts in general and Taekwondo in particular focus on two ways to exhibit skills---poomse, also called forms or patterns, and sparring. “MuSool Academy students have always posted strong points in the sparring events,” Creech said. “This year MuSool Academy students earned 10 medals---including three golds---for forms,” Creech said. “That’s a first for us and it’s an important benchmark in our growth as a dojang,” he said.
