New Smyrna Beach, Fla. --- NAI Realvest | Charles Wayne Commercial recently negotiated a long-term ground lease for a new Riptides Raw Bar & Grill at 471 E. 3rd Ave. in New Smyrna Beach. The new restaurant will bring 100 jobs to the area.
Associate Brad Gifford brokered the transaction on behalf of Waterview NSB LLC the Maitland-based landlord and the tenant, Seacoast Restaurant Group d/b/a Riptides Raw Bar & Grill based in Ormond Beach.

According to Gifford, construction of the 8,500 square foot restaurant should get underway in June on the 1.91 acre tract. It’s the company’s second location with an anticipated opening of March 2020.

“Riptides – a coastal seafood concept that markets all-you-can-eat crab legs, expects to open several more locations up and down the east coast of Florida,” Gifford added.
