Del Webb starts construction of Eight Carriage Homes at Sweetwater Active Adult Community in Jacksonville
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. --- Construction is underway of eight new carriage homes at Sweetwater, Del Webb’s award-winning active adult community located on Surfbird Circle off of Baymeadows Road East in Jacksonville.
Sean Strickler, vice president of sales for Del Webb in the North Florida region, said new two-bedroom carriage homes that range from 1,438 to 1,857 square feet at Sweetwater offer two baths and a den plus a one-car garage.
Strickler said the eight new carriage homes at Sweetwater will be completed and ready for occupancy by April-May 2012.

L.A. Tan names new Manager, Assistant Manager at Clermont Salon
CLERMONT, Fla -- L.A. Tan has promoted Lisa Zelaya to manager and Lisa Lowry to assistant manager at the Clermont salon at 1670 E. Highway 50.
Rick Patel, owner and chief executive officer said Zelaya joined L.A. Tan early this year as a manager trainee. She has more than 20 years of experience in the retail and hospitality industry and was formerly in the management program at Panera Bread. Zelaya attended Valencia College. She is also the CEO of L.A. Zelaya Construction Inc. (formerly known as L .A .Molina Construction Inc.) in Clermont.
Lowry has been with the company since 2005 and recently graduated from Westside Vocational Technical School with a license in massage therapy.

The vehicles, which are outfitted with an array of precision scanning and data collection equipment, are built using proprietary DTS collection technologies at a cost of more than $500,000.
Durno recently collected data in Charlotte, N.C., Albuquerque, N.M., and Bexar County, Texas. He is beginning a statewide data collection project for the Delaware Department of Transportation this fall.
