Carter Solutions Launches new enterprise to serve Homeowner Associations with ad revenue from local advertisers
ORLANDO, Fla., --- Carter Solutions, Inc., in Orlando has launched an advertising network to serve home owner associations, condominium associations and residential property management companies by providing advertising from local companies that want to appeal to residents at the grassroots level.
Tony Carter, founder and owner of Carter Solutions, said HOAAdNet.com is the first advertising network that gives homeowner associations the ability to generate ad-based revenue from advertisers who would like to market to community residents.
“HOAAdNet.com manages the process of placing ads on the HOA websites,” Carter explained.
“Each homeowner association has the ability to decline any advertiser,” Carter said.
HOAAdNet.com also provides comprehensive data and analytics for HOA customers as well as advertisers.
Carter said HOAAdNet.com is already serving its first home owner associations.
“We already have our first customers and are in talks with other property management companies and community associations to help them put money back into their budget,” Carter said.
Carter Solutions, Inc. is headquartered at the University of Central Florida’s Business Incubation Program at 3251 Progress Drive in Central Florida Research Park in east Orange County.

NAI Realvest Senior Broker Associate Mary Frances West, CCIM negotiated the transactions representing the landlord RREF Interchange-FL, Primera II, LLC, based in Daytona Beach.
Vishay Americas Inc., a Connecticut based manufacturer and supplier of electronic components in the U.S. renewed its lease of Suite 155 with 1,380 square feet.

NAI Realvest Negotiates Two New Leases at South Park Business Center, Two Renewals at Plaza Central
ORLANDO, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated two new leases and two renewal leases all totaling 8,258 square feet at industrial and office centers in Orlando
Tom R. Kelley II, CCIM, principal at NAI Realvest, brokered two new industrial leases on behalf of Miami-based South Park, LLC, the landlord of the South Park Business Center, a flex, office and warehouse center at 8600 Commodity Circle in Orlando.
The new tenants are Advanced Cockpit Solutions, LLC of Miami, leasing Unit 113 with 2,218 square feet and Orlando-based Sunlight Enterprises, Inc., Unit 109 with 1,830 square feet.
At the same time, Kelley and NAI Realvest Associate Chris Adams negotiated two renewal leases for office space at Plaza Central located at 6220 S. Orange Blossom Trail.
KKP Holdings, LLC renewed its lease of suite 320 with 3,510 square feet, and Mark Anthony Arias renewed the lease of Suite 101 with 700 square feet.
M/I Homes will have 10 move-in-ready homes by year-end
ORLANDO, Fla. – M/I Homes has some 30 move-in ready homes in “various stages of construction” and 10 of them will be completed and available for move-in by late December.
David Byrnes, area president for M/I Homes in the Orlando region, said the 10 homes nearing completion are priced from the $190s to $500,000.
The move-in ready homes range from 1,500 square feet of living area to 4,700 square feet, Byrnes said.
M/I Homes is active in nine communities throughout the Orlando region.
M/I Homes names Ron Utterback Sales Manager
ORLANDO, Fla. — M/I Homes has appointed veteran home building executive Ron Utterback sales manager in the Orlando region.
David Byrnes, area president for M/I Homes, said Utterback has more than 30 years of experience in real estate and homebuilding sales, including 22 years of executive sales and marketing experience in central Florida.
Utterback attended Ohio State University. He has served as a sales executive at homebuilders Lennar, Ryland Homes and Levitt & Sons.
“Ron Utterback is one of the most experienced senior sales executives in the homebuilding
industry in Florida and we are delighted he has joined the M/I Homes team,” Byrnes said.
