Lincoln Property Company Completes Multi-Year Office and Flex Leases for Expanding Enterprises at SunTech Commerce Park

LAKE MARY / ORLANDO,  Fla. – Lincoln Property Company, a full service commercial real estate firm, completed two long-term lease agreements totaling more than 9,308 rentable square feet at Lake Mary’s SunTech Commerce Park.
Sean DuPree CCIM, Broker at Lincoln Property Company, negotiated both transactions representing RCS-Suntech, LLC of Louisville, CO., landlord for the six building, office /flex campus. 
Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is the new tenant in the 55 Skyline Drive building.  The leading U.S. provider of residential and commercial pest control leased 5,971 square feet of office/flex space for its expanding regional operations.  
The new tenant in the 41 Skyline Drive building is Nectars Pet, Inc., an expanding pet food distributor who leased 3,337 square feet.
DuPree handles the leasing on behalf of the owner of SunTech Commerce Park with a total of 224,358 rentable square feet.

NAI Realvest Negotiates Two Leases in Lake Mary, East Orlando With Expanding Construction Company, Software Developer


LAKE MARY / ORLANDO --- Mary Frances West, CCIM Vice President at NAI Realvest recently negotiated two lease agreements for Class A office space in Lake Mary and East Orlando.

West represented Landlord Interchange-FL Rouse, LLC in a new lease of 1,380 rentable square feet at University Court, 3361 Rouse Rd. near UCF in East Orlando.  Software developer The System Source, Inc. is the new tenant. 

The Adjutant Group, LLC renewed its lease and expanded into additional space for a total of 2,502 rentable square feet at Primera Court II, 735 Primera Blvd. Lake Mary.  Tenant provides construction services throughout the southeast.   West negotiated the transaction on behalf of Landlord Interchange Primera Court II, LLC of Daytona Beach.

NAI Realvest Negotiates $2.3 Million Sale of Retail Building by Florida Mall


ORLANDO, Fla. NAI Realvest recently closed the sale of the 18,714 square foot retail building at 1401 Florida Mall Ave. adjacent to the Florida Mall in South Orlando for $2,300,000.00.

NAI Realvest principals Kevin O'Connor and Matt Cichocki negotiated the sale of the former fabric store on behalf of the Las Vegas-based seller, Katz & Katz, LLC. 

The buyer Iqbal Investments of Windermere, Fla. plans to renovate the building for operation of a retail store.    Imran Nazer of premium Realty Advisors, LLC represented buyer in the transaction.

Blackton Awarded Contract from KB Home to Provide Building Materials at Sawgrass Bay in Clermont


CLERMONT, Fla. --- Blackton, Inc., a major provider of building materials for the home building industry, recently earned a contract from KB Home worth an estimated $1.2 million.

Micky Blackton, chief executive officer of Blackton, Inc., said the family owned firm will provide roofing, carpet and tile to KB Home’s new home community at Sawgrass Bay located off U.S. Highway 27 in Clermont.

“Our contract covers 150 new homes at Sawgrass Bay,” Blackton said. “Construction of models will get underway this summer.”
