Mixed-Use Commercial Sites Ready at Halifax Town Center ‒ DIX Development’s I-95 Interchange Property in Ormond Beach

Ormond Beach, Fla. --- Halifax Town Center, a mixed-use development located along a high-impact growth corridor between Daytona Beach and Halifax Plantation, is being aggressively marketed for DIX Development by Orlando-based Stirling International Real Estate.

The property is situated at the southeast quadrant of the prime Interstate 95 interchange at Old Dixie Highway.  The developer’s preliminary concept plans show uses including a hotel, apartments, town homes, assisted living facility, waterfront restaurants and medical/professional offices.

James Dicks CEO of DIX Developments said “the 53-acre Halifax Town Center is part of the golf course community Halifax Plantation in Volusia County with an Ormond Beach address.  The property is just minutes from the Atlantic Ocean and intercoastal waterway in Ormond Beach.”

“Halifax Town Center offers many development opportunities in a market area that includes two major golf communities - Halifax Plantation and Plantation Bay with over 4,000 homes and thousands more to come,” said Dicks. “We have been investing in central Florida real estate for generations and we remain committed to the central Florida market place for years to come.”

The fully developed site with storm water retention, surfaced roadways and utilities, is ready for immediate construction and is being marketed globally by John Kurtz and the Stirling International Real Estate team.
The total construction value of the project is estimated at more than $75 million.
