Ormond Beach, Fla. --- Halifax Town Center,
a mixed-use development located along a high-impact growth corridor between
Daytona Beach
and Halifax Plantation, is being aggressively marketed for DIX Development by Orlando-based
Stirling International Real Estate.
The
property is situated at the southeast quadrant of the prime Interstate 95
interchange at Old Dixie Highway . The developer’s preliminary concept plans
show uses including a hotel, apartments, town homes, assisted living facility,
waterfront restaurants and medical/professional offices.

construction value of the project is estimated at more than $75 million.
